A Nichols Hills Roofing Company That Starts With the Materials
We talk about what goes on your roof before we talk about price. Shingle, metal, tile or slate, we explain how each one handles hail, wind and heat, what it weighs, and what it asks of the decking and flashing beneath it.

Why the Roof Covering Comes First
Most failing roofs we look at trace back to a mismatch. A product went on because it was cheap to install, not because it suited the slope, the framing or the weather. A low-pitch section shingled like a steep one. Three-tab shingles on a roof that takes regular hail. Old valley metal left in place under new shingles.
So each job starts on the roof, not at a desk. We check the pitch, the decking, attic ventilation and the flashing at walls, chimneys and pipe boots. Then we lay out the options that fit your home with the trade-offs stated plainly. Impact-rated architectural shingles cost more than standard ones but take hail better. Standing seam metal resists wind and lasts longer, but it needs careful detailing at every penetration. Tile and slate are heavy enough that the framing has to be checked first.
We hold an Oklahoma CIB roofing license. The roofs we finish come with a lifetime warranty on the roof materials and a 10-year workmanship warranty. We go over both with you before you decide anything.

How We Work on Your Roof
Options compared on your roof
You see the coverings that suit your slope, framing and budget side by side. We cover what each costs to maintain and where it tends to fail, not only what it costs to install.
The layers under the surface
A roof is a system: decking, synthetic underlayment, ice and water membrane at eaves and valleys, drip edge, flashing, then shingles or panels. We explain each layer we plan to install and the job it does.
Repair first when it will hold
If a cracked pipe boot or a patch of lifted shingles is the real problem, we say so. Replacement comes up only when soft decking, shingle age or the spread of damage makes repairs a poor use of your money.
Photos and a clean site
We photograph what we find, from rusted step flashing to delaminated decking, so you can see it yourself. During work we cover landscaping and sweep the yard and driveway for nails.
Where We Work
We roof homes in Nichols Hills and The Village, and across Oklahoma City, Edmond, Warr Acres, Bethany, Yukon, Moore, Midwest City, Del City and Spencer. Spring hail and straight-line winds wear roofs out early here, so impact resistance and proper nailing come up in nearly every conversation. Along with roof replacement, we handle roof repair, roof inspections, storm damage repair and gutters.
